KWL – What I Know, What I Want to Know, What I Learned
The KWL Form is used for activating background knowledge, creating questions about a topic and recording new content knowledge. THE KWL Form guides participants through the three step process – a process they can add to their list of learning strategies.
This questionnaire is sent to participants 2 weeks to 2 months after the workshop. The purpose is to gather feedback from participants after they have had time to reflect on how they will apply the workshop content in their work.
A Daily Evaluation Form gathers essential information for the facilitator from participants as they complete daily activities and sessions. Prepare a table like the one below using sentences that relate to the workshop objectives and expectations.
